The Open University of Cyprus mourns for Erato Ioanna Sarri

The Open University of Cyprus has announced the passing of Erato Ioanna Sarri.

In its statement, the University notes:

“In memory of our dear colleague,

With unspeakable grief, the Open University of Cyprus announces the untimely and sudden passing of our esteemed colleague, Erato Ioanna Sarri.

Erato was one of the first and most valued members of the University’s administrative staff, having joined the institution’s workforce in 2006. Through her knowledge and dedication to her work, she played a crucial role in the foundation and ongoing development of the University.

She was distinguished for her integrity, diligence, and commitment. Her presence inspired trust and respect. She was a model of professionalism and responsibility, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the opportunity to work with her.

Her loss leaves an irreplaceable void in our University Community. We extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones. Her absence will be deeply felt, and she will always be remembered with love and esteem.

May her memory be eternal.”
