A new traffic accident occurred on Saturday afternoon in Limassol, near the exit of the Polemidia roundabout heading towards Agia Fyla.
According to Police, under circumstances that are being investigated, a vehicle overturned, leaving the driver trapped inside.
Members of the Fire Service rushed to the scene and freed the driver from the vehicle.
The driver was subsequently taken by ambulance to Limassol General Hospital.
The driver’s condition remains unknown.
