Paphos: Raid in apartment finds drugs, stolen items

Paphos police units raided an apartment yesterday afternoon based on information about stolen property possession. A 45-year-old man and 33-year-old woman were inside during the search. Officers found a small quantity of narcotics on the man, resulting in his immediate arrest for the summary offense. The pair could not adequately explain the items’ origins. Paphos TAE and YKAN (Paphos branch) continue investigations.

Seized items and arrests

Searchers recovered seven laptops, seven mobile phones, two electronic tablets, and one wristwatch from the apartment. Both suspects face charges for illegal possession of property as summary offenses. The 45-year-old also faces drug possession charges.
