EU HealthMins discuss mental health, medicine security in Warsaw

EU Health Ministers discuss mental health and medicine security, during an informal council in Warsaw.

According to a statement by Cyprus Minister Michael Damianos before the meeting, the Ministers will discuss a number of very important matters during the day, such as mental health and medicine security in the EU.

He said that this concerns not only critical medicine but as far as Cyprus is concerned, also with respect to innovative medicine.

The Minister recalled that in the last Council in Brussels, Cyprus’ proposal for voluntary joint procurement was supported.
