Safety instructions issued
Authorities have asked people to move away from windows and take cover behind or under solid and sturdy furniture for protection.
Residents are also advised to remain calm and wait for further official guidance before taking any action.
Officials say additional instructions will be communicated as soon as more information becomes available.
