Traffic lights at Limassol’s Enaerios out of service for four days

The traffic lights at the junction of the Seafront Road and Makariou III Avenue, known as the Enaerios Traffic Lights, are out of operation due to a technical problem.

The fault is expected to be repaired by Monday, August 24, 2026.

Temporary signs installed

Temporary signage has been installed at the junction to guide drivers through the area.

Motorists are urged to follow the relevant instructions and exercise caution while approaching and passing through the junction.

Speed violations still recorded

Authorities noted that a photo-enforcement system is installed at the junction.

The system remains operational and will continue to record speed-related violations only.
