A collision involving five vehicles, resulting in material damage, has led to the closure of the right-hand lane of the Ayia Napa–Rizoelia motorway.
Police are urging motorists to exercise extreme caution, drive at low speeds, maintain safe distances from vehicles ahead and follow the instructions of officers at the scene.
Traffic disruptions are expected while authorities manage the incident and clear the roadway.
