PERHA Group will introduce a four-day working week throughout August 2026 as part of a pilot initiative designed to explore new ways of working that promote employee wellbeing while maintaining high levels of performance and client service.
During the pilot, employees will enjoy every Friday off with no reduction in salary or benefits. The initiative reflects PERHA’s belief that flexibility, trust and accountability can coexist to create stronger, healthier workplaces.
As a People & Culture consultancy, PERHA works with organisations to design modern workplace strategies. For Founder & Director Marianna Hadjiandoniou, it was important that the company first puts into practice the same principles it encourages its clients to adopt.
“We believe great workplace ideas should be experienced, not just recommended. This pilot allows us to evaluate how a four-day week can support productivity, wellbeing and engagement while continuing to deliver the quality our clients expect.
A four-day week isn’t about doing less—it’s about working smarter, creating space to recharge and building a culture based on trust.“
Throughout August, PERHA will assess the pilot’s impact on productivity, collaboration, employee experience and client satisfaction. Client commitments and service standards will remain unchanged, with careful planning ensuring uninterrupted support.
The initiative reinforces PERHA’s ongoing commitment to creating workplaces where people can thrive without compromising business performance.
Because the future of work isn’t something to talk about, it’s something to build.
