Concern has been raised in Strovolos, Nicosia, after CCTV footage appeared to show two girls opening parked vehicles near Zembyla Park.
According to a post shared on the Facebook page “Residents of Strovolos”, the two girls allegedly opened three vehicles in the area.
The footage shows two girls approaching a parked vehicle and opening it before sitting nearby.
Residents share footage online
The video was uploaded by a local account in an effort to highlight the incident and raise awareness among residents.
No further details have been released regarding possible reports to authorities or whether any items were taken from the vehicles.
Police have not issued an official statement on the incident at this stage.
