A pedestrian was hit by a car in Nicosia on Tuesday morning. The pedestrian was injured after an elderly driver struck her with his vehicle in the Aglantzia area of Nicosia.
According to early reports, the incident occurred under conditions still under investigation. The driver reportedly hit the woman as she attempted to cross the road, causing her injuries.
An ambulance arrived at the scene and transported the pedestrian to Nicosia General Hospital for treatment.
Police inquiries are ongoing.
