Limassol: Another delivery driver assaulted and robbed

The Limassol CID is investigating a robbery that took place on Monday night in the Kato Polemidia area.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., a 34-year-old food delivery driver was attacked while delivering an order.

According to the victim, he was first approached by a young man, around 20 years old, who identified himself as the recipient of the delivery.

Shortly afterwards, another eight to ten individuals appeared, all with their faces covered (wearing hoods), and assaulted the 34-year-old. They stole his waist pouch, which contained a mobile phone, cash, personal documents, and other items.

The victim went to Limassol General Hospital, where he received first aid and was kept in for further treatment.

The investigation is ongoing.
