Thirty-one foreign nationals arrested Sunday in a pan-Cyprian migrant police operation, seven already deported, Police HQ Spokesman Vyron Vyronos told Larnaca Police HQ.
Operation details
The Alien and Immigration Unit conducted the January 18 sweep from 5am to noon, aiming to detect, arrest, and remove illegal residents plus foreign criminal suspects.
Of the 31 detainees, seven deported in coordination with Migration Ministry; remaining face expulsion procedures.
