A 24-year-old motorcyclist is in extremely critical condition following a motorcycle crash on the Agia Thekla–Sotira road.
The crash occurred at around 9.30 pm on Sunday, when the 24-year-old was riding his motorcycle under circumstances being investigated by police. He lost control of the motorcycle, causing it to overturn on the road.
Transferred to Nicosia General Hospital
The 24-year-old was initially taken by ambulance to Famagusta General Hospital.
Due to the seriousness of his condition, he was subsequently transferred to Nicosia General Hospital.
According to doctors on duty, his condition is considered extremely critical.
