One of the three sisters who had been missing since 30 June has been located. The girl is a prosecution witness in a trial against her father and two brothers, who are facing serious domestic violence charges.
According to police, the 15-year-old has returned to her place of residence. However, her two sisters remain missing.
The case concerns a 46-year-old father and his two adult children, who are accused of a series of offences allegedly committed against other family members between 2013 and May 2026.
The three defendants have already been committed to stand trial before the Famagusta Permanent Criminal Court, with proceedings scheduled to begin on 16 July 2026.
They face a total of 122 charges.
