An explosion in Paphos caused extensive damage to a butcher shop in the early hours of Thursday after an explosive device detonated outside the premises.
According to police, authorities received information about the explosion at around 3:30am.
Investigations carried out at the scene found that the blast was caused by an explosive device placed near the front entrance of the butcher shop.
The premises suffered extensive damage from the explosion, while a second nearby property was also damaged.
The Paphos CID is continuing investigations into the incident.
