The 26-year-old man stabbed on Wednesday night outside a kiosk in Konia, Paphos District, has died from his injuries. He was identified as Alexandros Antoniou from Paphos. Police re-arrested the 58-year-old suspect and now treat the case as premeditated murder.
Police reported that the victim, who was in critical care at a private clinic in Limassol, died at around 2:44 am on Saturday, the 22nd of November.
Officers issued a new arrest warrant for premeditated murder and took the 58-year-old back into custody at approximately 3:48 am.
