Temperatures will rise to around 40°C inland, around 35°C on the south-eastern and eastern coasts, around 34°C on the northern coast, and around 33°C on the rest of the coasts and highest mountain areas.

Tonight, the weather will remain mostly clear, though locally increased low cloud will be observed at times, mainly in the west and north coastal areas. Later in the night and during early morning hours, patchy light mist may form locally, mainly in eastern and inland areas.

Winds will be south-westerly to north-westerly, light and initially up to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, later becoming variable and light, around 3 Beaufort.
