A fire is raging through dry grass and wild vegetation in a hard-to-reach area between the villages of Dora and Gerovasa in Limassol district.
Ground crews from Limassol and Paphos Fire Stations, assisted by the Department of Forests, are on scene.
Strong winds in the area are making firefighting operations difficult.
No injuries or damage to property reported so far.
