Civil Defence instructions for evacuation due to the wildfires in the mountainous Limassol region
Due to the ongoing wildfire in the mountainous region of Limassol, instructions are being issued for the immediate evacuation of the following communities, campsites and picnic areas:
- Agios Amvrosios
- Kyvides
- Souni-Zanatzia
- Agios Therapon
- Potamiou
- Mallia
- Vasa
- Vouni
- Koilani
- Lofou
- Pera Pedi
- Monagri
- Platres Camps
- Sotira
- Pera Pedi Camps
- Agia Mavri Camps
- Other picnic areas in the surrounding region
People who remain in the area are strongly advised to follow the instructions of the relevant authorities for their own safety.
