A serious claim has emerged regarding a GESY-affiliated diagnostic centre allegedly serving human patients during the day and pets during evening hours.
Allegations of pet examinations
According to reports, after 8:00 PM the centre, in cooperation with veterinarians, accepted animals for diagnostic tests through a rear entrance to avoid being noticed by visitors.
One witness stated that staff asked if the dog was on a leash to ensure it did not roam freely. The cost of the examination reportedly reached €410, paid entirely in cash.
Video footage shows a staff member saying, “we bring animals in through a separate entrance,” highlighting the unusual operational practice.
Concerns over cash payments
Questions have also arisen about the payment method, as services provided for pets reportedly require cash payment only.
The Health Ministry has confirmed that no official complaint has yet been filed regarding the centre. They assured that any submitted complaint would be thoroughly investigated.
