The “district court” in occupied Trikomo is set to announce its decision today regarding a Greek Cypriot woman accused of violating personal data and privacy.
Previous hearing developments
During last week’s “hearing,” the “prosecution” submitted a file suspending charges against the male defendant in the same case, leading the “judge” to order his immediate release.
Defense then informed the “court” that the second defendant, the Greek Cypriot woman, accepts the charges against her.
Defendant’s property background
Court proceedings revealed the woman owns property in the occupied areas, inherited from her father. The “prosecuting authority” presented the case history.
Male defendant remains
Media from occupied areas reported the man, whose prosecution was suspended, stayed in the occupied territories awaiting the outcome concerning the Greek Cypriot woman’s case.
