Trikomo “court” suspends prosecution against one Greek Cypriot

Date:

The “district court” in occupied Trikomo decided today, Thursday, not to pursue further prosecution against one of two Greek Cypriot defendants in cases involving alleged privacy and personal data violations.

During proceedings, the “prosecution” submitted a suspension file against the male defendant, who allegedly drove the vehicle on July 19. Following this, the “judge” ordered his immediate release.

Second defendant accepts charges

Defense then informed the “court” that the female defendant accepts the charges against her. Proceedings noted she owns inherited property in occupied areas from her father. The “prosecution” presented case history.

The “court’s” decision announcement for the female defendant is set for December 22, 2025.

Male defendant remains in occupied areas

Reports from occupied areas indicate the male defendant, whose prosecution suspension was decided today, remains in occupied territories awaiting the trial outcome for the second defendant.
