Six individuals arrested for seven robberies in Larnaca

Cases of robberies and assaults with intent to steal, which occurred between 21 and 26 April 2025 in the Larnaca district, are under investigation by the Larnaca CID.

According to the Police, a total of seven incidents were reported, in which young individuals attacked citizens, using physical violence in order to steal personal belongings. Two of the victims sustained bodily injuries, while the perpetrators stole cash, electronic devices, and other valuable items.

Following the evaluation of information, arrest warrants were issued against six individuals of Syrian origin, aged between 16 and 19. Five of them were located and arrested on 28 April 2025, while the sixth presented himself voluntarily to the authorities in connection with another case under investigation.

The investigations by the Larnaca CID are ongoing.
