Cyprus weather will be mainly clear at first today, before increased cloud gradually develops, with isolated rain possible, mainly in the mountains.
According to the Department of Meteorology, temperatures will reach 35°C inland, 31°C on the west coast, around 34°C on the remaining coasts and 25°C in the highest mountains.

Seasonal low pressure is affecting the area.
Winds will initially be variable and light at 3 Beaufort, gradually becoming south-westerly to north-westerly, light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort. Winds may temporarily reach 5 Beaufort on the southern coast.
The sea will be slightly rough.
The weather outlook for tonight is mainly clear. Winds will be north-westerly to north-easterly, while on the northern coast they will be south-easterly, light at 3 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to slightly rough.
Temperatures will fall to around 22°C inland and on the coasts, and 16°C in the highest mountains.
Warmer conditions expected
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, conditions will initially be mainly clear, with locally increased cloud developing in the afternoon.
Isolated rain is expected, mainly in the mountains.
Temperatures will gradually rise over the three-day period, reaching levels above the seasonal average.
