Paphos: Two teens seriously injured after motorcycle crash

A 19-year-old rider and his 17-year-old passenger suffered serious head injuries when their motorcycle overturned on Morfou Street in Paphos late Friday night.

The motorcycle crash happened around 23:40. Police say the 19-year-old lost control, hit the kerb and a metal barrier, and the bike flipped.

Ambulance crews rushed both teens to Paphos General Hospital. Doctors confirmed serious head injuries for both and an additional arm injury for the 17-year-old.

They remain hospitalised in serious condition.

Paphos Traffic Police continue the investigation.
