The occupied Cyprus land sales market has surged, with more than 6,900 plots and fields listed for sale across the occupied areas of Cyprus, according to local reports. Of these, 646 properties are valued at over £1 million, with the most expensive being a coastal property in Kalograia, Kyrenia, valued at £52.5 million. Estimated prices are in GBP.
The 210-acre property is said to hold a British title deed along with a licence for hotel and tourism facilities.
According to the website Giyinik, which compiled data up to 4 August, real estate activity in the occupied Cyprus land sales market continues to grow, with the total number of plots and agricultural land listings now surpassing 6,900.
Of these properties, 71% are plots, while 29% are fields. Kyrenia has the highest number of listings, with 2,261 properties for sale, followed by Trikomo and Famagusta.
The Giyinik report also noted that among the high-value properties, the vast majority of those priced over £1 million fall within the £1–5 million range.
