New incident involving food delivery driver in Limassol

An unidentified individual stole a bag containing €500 from a food delivery rider in Limassol. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening in the Ayia Fyla area.

According to Limassol CID, a 30-year-old delivery rider reported that around 8:00 pm, while riding his motorcycle in Ayia Fyla, a man approached him in the opposite direction on a small black motorcycle.

The suspect, according to the complaint, grabbed the delivery rider’s shoulder bag and fled without assaulting him. The rider stated that the bag contained personal documents and approximately €500 in cash.

The bag was later found near the Germasogeia River, containing only the personal documents of the 30-year-old.

The case is under investigation by Limassol CID.
