Motorway from Ayia Napa to Larnaca open to traffic as normal

The left lane on the motorway from Ayia Napa to Larnaca has been reopened to traffic. It had been temporarily closed in the direction toward Larnaca due to a vehicle becoming immobilized following a road accident that occurred around 1:30 p.m.

Police officers attended the scene to provide assistance, regulate traffic, and conduct examinations. The vehicle was moved off the road, and by around 2:00 p.m., traffic had returned to normal.
