Limassol: 41-year-old assaulted and scooter stolen, sent to hospital

Limassol CID is investigating a case involving conspiracy to commit a felony and robbery following an incident in Limassol on Wednesday night.

According to the complaint, a 41-year-old man was travelling on an electric scooter in the Molos area of Limassol at around 12:30am when he was allegedly attacked by four people, who were also riding electric scooters.

The suspects reportedly knocked the man to the ground before taking his electric scooter and fleeing the scene.

Man treated at Limassol General Hospital

The 41-year-old suffered minor injuries in the fall and was taken to Limassol General Hospital.

He received first aid and was subsequently discharged.

Limassol CID is continuing its investigations into the Limassol scooter robbery.
