A fire broke out shortly before 20:00 Tuesday night at a candle manufacturing unit in Leivadia, Larnaca.
Firefighters responded immediately and managed to put out the blaze before it could spread to neighbouring properties.
No injuries were reported.
Police and fire investigators will continue examinations at first light today. Larnaca CID (TAE) is handling the case.
