Uproar over sex video in police patrol car
An incident has caused widespread public reaction following the release of a video appearing to show two individuals engaging in sexual acts inside a police patrol car.
The footage was reportedly captured by a passer-by during daylight hours.
According to what is visible in the video, the two individuals appear to be having sex within/outside the vehicle.
The Police Press Office has confirmed that the incident is currently under investigation. Authorities are also examining the authenticity of the footage as well as the date and time it may have been recorded.
In addition, the Larnaca Police Department has launched its own inquiry. As part of the investigation, the patrol car’s GPS system will also be reviewed to assist in verifying the circumstances of the event.
