Drivers advised to use alternative routes

Kato Deftera road closures have been introduced following a fault in the water supply network, affecting two roads in the area.

Archbishop Makarios Street has been closed from its junction with K. Misiaouli Street, in the direction of Lapatsa, while Chrysospiliotissis Street has also been closed to traffic.

The roads will remain closed until the water network fault has been repaired.

Police are advising motorists to use alternative routes and follow temporary road signs in the area while the Kato Deftera road closures remain in place.
