Today, locally increased cloud cover will be observed at intervals, which around midday and early afternoon is expected to bring isolated showers, and possibly an isolated thunderstorm, especially in mountainous areas. Winds will mainly be south-westerly to north-westerly, light to moderate, at 3 to 4 Beaufort, increasing in windward coastal areas during the afternoon to moderate to strong, at 4 to 5 Beaufort. Temperatures will fall to around 23°C inland and on the coasts, and 20°C in the higher mountains.

Temperatures will continue to rise gradually until Monday, exceeding the average climatic values for this time of year.
