Fire breaks out in Goudi, Paphos – Fire Service mobilised

The Fire Service has been mobilised following a fire outbreak in Goudi, Paphos.

According to Fire Service spokesperson Andreas Kettis, the Polis Chrysochous station and the Stroumpi rural station responded with two manned fire engines to a large reedbed fire near the community of Goudi in the Paphos District.

The firefighting effort is being supported by a fire engine from the Forestry Department, as well as a bulldozer from the District Administration to secure the perimeter.
