The Ministry of Finance has announced an extension to the deadline for submitting applications for the Rent vs Instalment scheme due to increased public interest.
The new deadline for applications is Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Applications available online and at KEDIPES offices
According to the announcement, applications are available through the website of the Cyprus Asset Management Company (KEDIPES).
Applicants can also obtain application forms from KEDIPES district offices across Cyprus.
The offices are located at:
- Grigori Afxentiou 7, Nicosia
- Gladstonos 97, Oasis Complex, Block E, 3rd Floor, Limassol
- Giorgou Christodoulidi 5, Larnaca
- Kinyra 7 and corner of Koroivou, Galaxias Building, Ground Floor 4, Paphos
- Griva Digeni 4, 1st Floor, Paralimni 5281
The Ministry said the extension was granted following the increased interest shown by citizens in the Rent vs Instalment scheme.
