Meteo France warns snowfalls expand across northern France Wednesday. UK Met Office maintains frost warnings in Scotland but lifts them morning across most of England and Wales.

Amsterdam Schiphol crisis
KLM cancelled 600 flights scheduled Wednesday at Amsterdam Schiphol, Europe’s busiest hubs, for sixth consecutive day. De-icing fluid stocks depleted with supply delays hindering replenishment.
Schiphol maintains ample runway de-icing fluid reserves different from aircraft requirements.
Broader transport paralysis
Brussels saw flight cancellations with runway and wing de-icing causing delays. Dutch authorities urged public work from home where feasible.
French officials banned trucks and school buses across one-third of departments, mostly northern half. Carrefour CEO Alexandre Bompard warned truck bans disrupt supply chains particularly fresh produce.
