The Cyprus Police Force is in deep mourning following the death of Special Constable 5002 Memna Georgiou, from Nicosia, who passed away on Saturday, 10 May 2025, at the age of 42.
Memna Georgiou joined the police force in August 2024 and served with the Special Guard Unit.
Her funeral will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, 13 May 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at the Holy Church of Agios Stylianos in the Aspri Strovolos settlement.
The leadership and members of the Cyprus Police express their deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.
