A bomb exploded outside a venue in central Limassol in the early hours of Monday, causing damage to the premises and a nearby parked vehicle.
According to police, the explosion occurred at around 3:30am in front of the entrance to the venue.
Damage to building and vehicle
The blast damaged the entrance of the building as well as a vehicle parked nearby.
No injuries have been reported.
Police launch investigation
Police cordoned off the area following the explosion and have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
No further details have been released.
