Basketball: Greece’s “eternal rivals” face off

Date:

Another challenging week begins for Greece’s basketball “eternal rivals” as they face— for the third time this season—a double round of Euroleague matches. Following their recent European derby at OAKA, reigning champions Panathinaikos and Olympiacos each have one home game and one away match and will be striving to secure wins to maintain their positions near the top of the league table.

They then face Maccabi Tel Aviv on Thursday (14/11, 20:00) at the “Aleksandar Nikolic Hall” in Belgrade. Meanwhile, Panathinaikos will host Maccabi Tel Aviv on Tuesday (12/11, 21:15) at the Olympic Indoor Hall before heading to Italy to play Virtus Bologna on Friday (15/11, 21:30).
