A viral incident at a Major League Baseball game in Miami has sparked backlash in the US, after a woman confronted a father and demanded the home run ball he had caught and given to his young son.
The clash took place during Saturday’s game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Miami Marlins. Drew Feltwell caught the ball in the stands and immediately handed it to his son. Moments later, a woman approached, shouted at him, and pressured him into giving her the ball.

Footage of the exchange quickly spread online, with many fans criticising her behaviour. The woman, however, showed no remorse. She reportedly flaunted the baseball to nearby spectators despite the backlash, making an obscene gesture as they booed.
