A 25-year-old man, Christos Tsangaridis, died from multiple injuries sustained in a traffic collision in Nicosia, authorities confirmed following a post-mortem examination on Monday.
Details of the post-mortem
The autopsy, conducted by forensic pathologist Nikolas Charalambous, found that the young man had suffered extensive and multiple injuries. Samples were taken for further scientific analysis.
Ongoing investigation
The fatal accident occurred on Sunday evening, 22 February, in the Aglantzia area of Nicosia. The Nicosia Traffic Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision, with examinations still ongoing.
