Tension and violent incidents were reported between AEK Larnaca fans and supporters of Beitar Jerusalem ahead of Thursday’s match between the two teams in Israel.
According to videos circulating online from Beitar Jerusalem supporters, members of La Familia, the Israeli club’s organised fan group, confronted supporters of AEK Larnaca, specifically members of the Larnaca Guardians group.

The footage shared on social media shows a confrontation between the two groups, with scenes of heightened tension recorded before the fixture.
Sources linked to Beitar supporters described the incident as “revenge” for events that had allegedly taken place in Cyprus during the previous meeting between the two teams.
The circumstances surrounding the incident have not been independently confirmed.
