Planned maintenance to affect several streets
Residents in parts of Lakatamia will be without water on Saturday as the Nicosia District Local Government Organisation carries out scheduled maintenance on the water supply network.
The works will begin at 7:00am on Saturday, 27 June, on Alexandroupoleos and Pherekratous streets.
Areas affected
The Lakatamia water cut will affect the following streets:
- Alexandroupoleos
- Pherekratous
- Marias Magdalinis
- Marias Englitikis
- Theofilou Georgiadi
- Neftonos
- Phinea
- Philonos
- Philoktiti
- Philotheou
Water supply is expected to be restored late in the afternoon on the same day.
Authority apologises for inconvenience
The Nicosia District Local Government Organisation apologised for the temporary inconvenience and thanked residents for their understanding and cooperation while the works are carried out.
