The Limassol Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has been mobilised following reports of a shooting incident in Limassol, involving damage to the offices of a company in the Zakaki area.
According to initial information from the Cyprus Police, employees of the company discovered damage to the building’s façade early on Wednesday morning.
Bullet damage found at scene
Investigators believe the damage was caused by multiple gunshots directed at the office premises.
The incident prompted an immediate response from the Limassol CID, which secured and cordoned off the scene to carry out forensic examinations and collect evidence.
Investigation ongoing
Police said the scene remains under guard as examinations continue into the circumstances surrounding the Limassol shooting.
Authorities have not yet released information regarding possible suspects or motives.
