Strong winds swept across Cyprus yesterday, leaving minor problems in their wake.

In Paphos, the stormy winds stirred rough seas, resulting in damage along the seafront.

The pedestrian promenade was littered with stones, sand, seaweed and other debris carried by the waves.

Objects displaced by waves

The intensity of the waves caused objects to shift, and several benches were overturned, highlighting the impact of the severe weather on coastal areas.
