24-year-old attacked and robbed on Griva Digeni Ave in Larnaca

At around 11:30 p.m. yesterday, a 24-year-old man reported to the Police that while he was waiting at a bus stop on Griva Digeni Avenue in Larnaca, he was approached by a group of individuals who asked him for money. When he refused, the perpetrators attacked him and managed to steal his backpack, which contained personal belongings and €50.

The 24-year-old sustained minor abrasions on various parts of his body.

The Larnaca CID is investigating.
