Greek Defence Minister in Nicosia for meetings with President and his counterpart

The Minister of National Defence of Greece, Nikos Dendias, is paying a visit to Nicosia Wednesday for a meeting with the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, and consultations with his counterpart, Vasilis Palmas.

Dendias will be received by the President at noon. Earlier he will have a meeting with his Cypriot counterpart, Vasilis Palmas to be followed by statements to the press.

Spokesperson of Defence Ministry, Christos Pieris, has told the Cyprus News Agency that Dendias is visiting Cyprus following an invitation by his counterpart with whom he will discuss the continuation of cooperation and bilateral relations, as well as developments in the region.
