The 46-year-old woman who was injured in the attempted murder case that occurred last week in Zakaki is receiving treatment at Nicosia General Hospital and remains in the Intensive Care Unit.
The Zakaki shooting victim sustained four gunshot wounds allegedly inflicted by her husband, who later took his own life. She suffered one gunshot wound to the head and three others to different parts of her body.
Further treatment in Nicosia
After initially receiving medical treatment at two hospitals in Limassol, the 46-year-old was transferred to Nicosia for further care and treatment.
Her condition is described as stable but critical, while investigations by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) remain ongoing.
