Meetings are scheduled to take place from March 17th until March 20th in Cyprus between representatives of the European Commission, the European Central Bank, the European Stability Mechanism, the International Monetary Fund and the competent Cypriot authorities, as part of the 18th post-programme surveillance review.
In a press release, the Ministry of Finance said that the meetings with delegations from the European Commission, the European Central Bank, the European Stability Mechanism and the International Monetary Fund will be held within the framework of the 18th post-programme surveillance review for the purpose of assessing the economic, fiscal, and financial situation of the country.
In this context, it added, meetings will be held with officials from the competent Cypriot authorities during which, as is customary, issues of economic, fiscal, and financial interest will be discussed.
