Winds will blow mainly north-westerly to northerly, light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally moderate to strong at 4 to 5 Beaufort.
The sea will remain slight, becoming slight to moderate in the west and north.
Temperatures will rise to 13°C inland, around 15°C along the coast and 2°C in the higher mountains, where frost will form locally.
Tonight’s forecast
Tonight, conditions will stay mostly clear, with intervals of increased cloud cover.
Winds will turn north-westerly to north-easterly, light and at times locally moderate, at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will remain slight.
Temperatures will fall to 5°C inland, around 6°C on the coast and -4°C in the higher mountains.
Weekend outlook
Over the weekend, Cyprus weather will remain mostly clear, though intervals of increased cloud may develop around midday and early afternoon. These could bring isolated showers and light snowfall in the mountains.
On Monday, the weather will turn partly cloudy.
Temperatures will gradually rise slightly by Monday, remaining close to or just below average climatic values.
